Give Us
The Wedding Site Maker is committed to protecting and
respecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent, or
give out in any way to others your personal information.
The information you provide is used
1. to create your personal website and
2. to make your payment ONLY.
Your information is not disclosed to third
parties in any way that personally identifies you without
your prior permission. We will only contact you on an as
needed basis and only on matters concerning your account
with us.
Information you enter to be viewed on your
website will only be used there. It is your decision as
to what information you would like to post, whether or
not to make your site public or password-protected, and
to whom you supply the password.
Cookies
Cookies Involved in Making Your Site
The Wedding Site Maker uses a session cookie (a temporary
small data file stored on your computer) to identify you
as a customer when you log in to work on your site. The
session cookie we use is created when you begin your session
and are destroyed when you leave our site. They are never
stored on your computer's hard drive. They are only used
to aid in creating your site. If you have disabled the
cookie feature on their browser you will not be able to
use the Wedding Site Maker until you set your browser to
allow cookies. For technical reasons there can be no exception
to this.
Cookies and Visitors to Your Site
When your friends and family visit your site a cookie (a
temporary small data file stored on your computer) will
be saved on there computer for a short period of time.
This cookie stores only 2 pieces of information: the id
number of your site and the id number of the template you
chose when making your site. The information in this cookie
can in no way be sued to identify personal information
about your friends and family. If a person visiting your
site has disabled the cookie feature on their browser they
will not be able to use the Wedding Site Maker until they
set their browser to allow cookies. For technical reasons
there can be no exception to this.
Credit Card Information
At the current time, we are offering our service free
of charge. In the near future we will be incorporating
a payment system into the site.
Usernames and Passwords
Two sets of passwords and usernames are used in conjunction
with your site. The first set is created exclusively for
the bride and groom. This username and password allows
the user to log on to the site and add or alter information.
This password and username should be kept confidential.
The second set is an optional password protection feature
for the final site. This gives you the option to only allow
people who know the password to view the final site.
